If Vizantra is not right for you, you can have your money back. This page explains when, and how to ask.

Full refund within 14 days

Ask within 14 days of any payment and we refund that payment in full, with no questions asked. This covers your first payment and every renewal.

After 14 days

We do not refund part-used periods after 14 days. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing: your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

How to ask

Write to info@vizograph.com from the address on your account, or find your purchase at paddle.net. Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, processes every refund and returns it to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

This policy does not take away any rights you have under the law where you live.
